Last January, the Green Bay Packers left Levi's Stadium in January wondering how they didn't win the game.
They couldn't get out of their own way. Darnell Savage dropped a potential pick-six, Anders Carlson missed a game-changing field goal, and Jordan Love tried to play hero ball one too many times.
It was a different story on Sunday. The Packers destroyed an injury-hit 49ers team by leaning on their new additions, showing how much they have improved since January.
Savage dropped a pick in the playoffs, but his replacement, Xavier McKinney, made his opportunity count. He made his seventh interception of the season, one of three turnovers forced by Jeff Hafley's defense. Brandon McManus did what Carlson couldn't, converting all six of his kicks.
But the story starts with Josh Jacobs. He has silenced his doubters this season, and against the Niners, he made a statement.
Packers prove they can win with their rushing attack in dominant win over 49ers
Love only attempted 23 passes against the Niners, with the Packers opting for a run-heavy approach against a struggling Niners defense. And it worked. Jacobs led the way with 26 of the Packers' 42 attempts for 106 yards and three touchdowns. He ran hard all day, consistently picking up additional yardage after contact.

Jacobs is proving the Packers right for signing him to replace Aaron Jones in the offseason. Matt LaFleur is more than happy to have Jacobs put the offense on his back, and he delivered yet again on Sunday.
The rest of the league needs to take notice. Green Bay is balanced and can beat its opponents in multiple ways. We know Love can make incredible plays through the air, but now that he's fully healthy, the Packers can go under-center, run the ball, and then burn defenses with play-action.
It wasn't the perfect day. Romeo Doubs exited early with a concussion, placing his status for the Packers' Thanksgiving game against the Miami Dolphins in doubt.
But the Packers picked up a big win and placed a significant dent in the Niners' playoff hopes. It wasn't a postseason game, but Green Bay may have come close to ending San Francisco's season.
