This should be fun.

It happened -- Micah Parsons is joining the Green Bay Packers, giving them the pass-rushing phenom their defense has been missing desperately in recent years. The Packers sent two first-round picks and Kenny Clark to the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for Parsons and then immediately paid Parsons the money that Dallas wouldn't.

Naturally, everyone in Green Bay is excited about the arrival of Parsons, and that includes players on the team. Arguably one of the most excited Packers players is Rasheed Walker, who played with Parsons at Penn State for two seasons.

Walker voiced his excitement for his reunion with Parsons in Green Bay by not even mentioning his college teammate. Instead, he's starting the Super Bowl hype, posting on X, "Sheedo says Packers winning the Super Bowl this year what Sheedo say Go".

While Parsons and Walker only played together for the Nittany Lions for two seasons, it makes sense that he's dreaming big with this addition. The Packers' biggest hole on the roster was at pass rusher, and now they have one of the best in the league at bringing down the quarterback. Why shouldn't Walker be thinking the best right now?

The ironic part of this is that Parsons joining the Packers now probably means the team won't end up paying Walker the big extension he's hoping for next offseason. Walker was a seventh-round pick by Green Bay in 2022 and started all 17 games at left tackle last year.

Walker is entering the final year of his rookie deal, and with so much money tied up in his college teammate now, keeping the former Penn State tackle in Green Bay will be difficult. Hey, at least the two can be on the same team for the 2025 season, and who knows? Maybe a deal can still get done to keep the two former Nittany Lions together in green and gold.

For now, Walker is thinking the same thing all Packers fans are -- Super Bowl or bust!
