Ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Denver Broncos, the Green Bay Packers have announced that they will wear the all-white Winter Warning uniform for the third time this season. Green Bay is undefeated when wearing the alternate set, so the announcement should bode well for the more superstitious Packers fans.

Previously worn against the Washington Commanders and Pittsburgh Steelers this season, the Winter Warning uniform has brought out the best in Jordan Love, who threw for 652 yards and five touchdowns across the two matchups. This week, he'll be up against one of the toughest defenses in the league, testing this uniform theory as both teams attempt to secure a top seed within their conference.

Unfortunately, a major factor in Green Bay's success when wearing this uniform has been Tucker Kraft. Recording over 120 yards when wearing all-white this season, Kraft was essential in the victories over Washington and Pittsburgh. With the star tight end out for the season, Love will have to find a new target.

Packers bringing back their 'Winter Warning' uniforms for the thrid time this season

The Packers are 4-0 in the Winter Warning uniforms. Along with wins over Washington and Pittsburgh this season, they defeated the Houston Texans and Seattle Seahawks last year.

While the returns of Christian Watson and Jayden Reed have helped the offense reinvent itself following Kraft's departure, it could be Josh Jacobs making a statement this week, as the running back has scored in three of the four games in which the all-white set was worn.

However, he faces a few challenges this week, including a Broncos defense that is allowing the second-fewest rushing yards per game. He has also missed back-to-back practices due to an ongoing knee issue, adding some uncertainty about his status for Week 15.

Fans probably shouldn't rely too heavily on uniform trends, but they are fun to keep track of. A face-off against the No. 1 seed in the AFC was already exciting, and the uniform announcement brings some interesting trends into the mix.

Just think of what Jordan Love might be capable of during a Winter Warning/Toyotathon matchup.
