The Green Bay Packers have finalized their initial 53-man roster, but the work is far from done yet.
General manager Brian Gutekunst must now build the Packers' 16-player practice squad, with an additional spot also open for the NFL's International Player Pathway.
Many players who were waived before Sunday's roster cutdown will re-sign to the practice squad, while the Packers could also explore making moves on the waiver wire. The Packers have the 20th priority in the waiver order. And who knows, after making three trades on Sunday, perhaps Gutekunst has another deal up his sleeve.

Isaiah Neyor, WR
This is a good move for the Packers. Isaiah Neyor was impressive throughout the summer and caught 10 passes for 100 yards in the preseason. He also dropped a would-be 65-yard score against the Arizona Cardinals. Neyor had done the hard part to get open but couldn't finish the play.
He gives the Packers another receving option to develop on the practice squad.
Domani Jackson, CB
Per Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports, the Packers are re-signing sixth-round pick Domani Jackson to the practice squad.
This is the best-case scenario. Jackson undoubtedly has potential, but there's no way the Packers could've kept him on the 53-man roster. He missed so much time due to injury this summer and struggled badly in the preseason. Giving him time to develop on the practice squad is a great result for Jackson and the Packers.
Pierre Strong Jr., RB
There's a lot of uncertainty at running back after Josh Jacobs was placed on the commissioner exempt list. The Packers have traded for Kaleb Johnson, but he's inexperienced and unproven. So, too, is MarShawn Lloyd.
Pierre Strong Jr. is returning to the practice squad, per Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Strong impressed in the preseason and could provide the Packers with some additional depth if they need to call him up this year.
Nyjalik Kelly, Edge
This is a big one, and many Packers fans will be breathing a sigh of relief. Green Bay surprisingly only kept four edge rushers on the initial 53-man roster: Lukas Van Ness, Barryn Sorrell, Dani Dennis-Sutton, and Brenton Cox Jr. They placed Micah Parsons on the PUP list and Collin Oliver on injured reserve/designated to return.
Nyjalik Kelly was a standout performer at training camp and dominated in the preseason finale, generating four pressures and making a sack, three tackles for loss, and an interception. He's a player to develop for the future and could even get some game time early in the season, given the Packers' current lack of edge depth.
Murvin Kenion III, S
According to Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette, the Packers are re-signing Murvin Kenion III to the practice squad. Kenion made some big plays at practice over the summer. He offers much-needed depth at safety.

It's unsurprising that Nazir Stackhouse received interest from other teams. The Tennessee Titans had the fourth priority in the waiver order. The Packers were unlikely to bring him back, given that they kept seven defensive tackles on their initial 53-man roster. Stackhouse gets a new opportunity in Tennessee instead.
