Good luck breaking these Packers records.

Records are meant to be broken, but every now and then, a legendary player comes along who raises the bar to unfathomable levels. Such incredible achievements have been accomplished throughout the Green Bay Packers' rich history.

Several records may seem unbreakable.

When Brett Favre completed his Packers tenure with a franchise-best 442 touchdown passes, few predicted his successor would shatter it. But that's what Aaron Rodgers achieved, throwing 475 touchdowns during his Hall-of-Fame career.

If Favre's successor broke his seemingly untouchable touchdown total, can we say with certainty that any records are unbreakable?

We believe the answer is yes. Current and future Packers players will have a tough time trying to take down one of these three.

These Packers records may never be broken

Brett Favre's 253 consecutive starts

Jordan Love impressed in his first season as the Packers' starting quarterback and played in all 17 games. He just needs another 236 consecutive starts to tie Brett Favre's incredible record of 253.

This record may never be broken. Not only do the Packers need a player talented enough with the longevity to suit up in 253 games (Love may achieve this), but to hit that number without missing a single game? Yeah, good luck.

To put that in perspective, people born in 1992 had to wait until after their 15th birthday to watch a Packers game without Favre starting at quarterback.

Favre continued his record with the New York Jets and Minnesota Vikings, eventually setting an NFL-best 297 starts. Of those, 253 came while wearing the green and gold.

Over to you, Jordan Love.

Don Hutson's 99 receiving touchdowns

Don Hutson played his final Packers game in 1945. Think of the legendary wide receivers to play for the team since then, from Sterling Sharpe to Donald Driver to Davante Adams to Antonio Freeman. None of them came close to Hutson's receiving touchdowns record of 99.

Even Adams, who consistently put up Hall-of-Fame numbers throughout his eight-year stay in Green Bay, finished with 73 touchdowns. Adams is the closest to breaking Hutson's record and still fell 26 short.

It will take a receiver on Adams' level but with the longevity to play at least 10 years in the league. Even that may not be enough. Adams posted double-digit receiving touchdowns in five of his eight seasons for the Packers, including a league-high 18 in 2020.

If Adams couldn't come close, can any future Packers wide receiver?

Curly Lambeau's 209 wins as head coach

Many talented coaches have called Green Bay their home. But there's one thing Vince Lombardi, Mike Holmgren, or Mike McCarthy couldn't do: break Curly Lambeau's record number of wins—or even come close, for that matter.

During a nearly three-decade run as head coach, Lambeau won a franchise-best 209 games. He coached the team from 1921 to 1949 and won six championships.

McCarthy came the closest to Lambeau's record. However, even during a 13-year run that included nine playoff appearances and a Super Bowl victory, McCarthy's 125 wins are still nowhere near Lambeau's record.

Matt LaFleur has 56 career wins. If he averages 10 wins per season, it would take him over 15 years to tie Lambeau's record.

It's fair to assume 209 will remain the Packers' all-time record for decades to come, and possibly forever.
