The Green Bay Packers second preseason game of 2023 ended with more than 10 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter after New England Patriots cornerback Isaiah Bolden was taken off the field on a stretcher with a scary injury.

After last year's terrifying scene in Buffalo with safety Damar Hamlin, you can't be too careful, so the game was suspended. Bolden has already been released from the hospital, so it sounds like he's going to be alright. Thank goodness for that.

The game itself ended with the Patriots in the lead, and even with most of the fourth quarter remaining, these two teams got plenty of quality work in against each other with joint practices in the week leading up to it. Even without a full game to show their stuff, there were a number of Green Bay Packers players who really stood out in a big way.

Which players are seeing their value skyrocket after the team's latest preseason game? Let's take a look at the top three.

3 Green Bay Packers players whose stock is skyrocketing after Patriots game

1. Malik Heath, wide receiver

So far this preseason, the impact Malik Heath has made for the Packers is undeniable. The undrafted free agent out of Mississippi didn't come into the NFL with overly impressive pre-draft metrics. He ran in the 4.6 range. His vertical jump was 34 inches. And despite not having an impressive athletic profile, some guys can just ball.

It's only been two preseason games, but Heath is leading the Packers in targets, receptions, and receiving yards in the preseason. He's been showing out at a position where the Packers are already obviously very young, but also not in a position to be dismissive of someone like Heath emerging just because he's a rookie free agent.

During the preseason, teams are looking for guys to make their roster decisions easy. When you are consistently making big plays, like Malik Heath has been, you make those decisions much easier for your front office. Easy in that, they either know they're going to keep you and have a role for you, or they know you're going to land on your feet elsewhere.

It's not easy for most undrafted receivers to make rosters league-wide. For a team that has invested a decent amount of draft capital at that position like the Packers, it's especially tough, but Heath is making a huge impression.
