3. Yosh Nijman, OT
Let's be clear about one thing -- based on the amount of money the Packers gave to backup right tackle Yosh Nijman as a restricted free agent (the 2nd-round tender, worth $4.304 million), I don't think he's in danger of necessarily being "cut" before Week 1 of the season.
So I'm cheating a little bit. I think there's a chance some team could make the Packers an offer they can't refuse in a trade depending on what injuries happen around the league during the preseason.
Offensive tackles are often the subject of a ton of scrutiny if they have a couple of bad games, and Nijman struggled late last season against the Detroit Lions and Aidan Hutchinson specifically. Although some have deemed him an Aaron Rodgers favorite, the Packers obviously value Nijman extremely highly and I think other teams do too.
Hence, the 2nd-round RFA tender.
Nijman may not be universally beloved by Green Bay Packers fans but he received a solid 63.1 overall grade from Pro Football Focus in 2022. At Green Bay Packers OTAs, though, Nijman was working with the second offensive line unit...

David Bakhtiari didn’t do any team (11 on 11), so the No. 1 O-line started like this:
LT: Caleb Jones
LG: Elgton Jenkins
C: Josh Myers
RG: Jon Runyan
RT: Zach Tom
No. 2 group:
LT: Rasheed Walker
LG: Royce Newman
C: Sean Rhyan
RG: Chuck Filiaga
RT: Yosh Nijman
There is undoubtedly value in having quality backup offensive linemen, especially when those guys have prior starting experience. But with just one year remaining on his contract and now at the age of 27, Nijman's value to other teams may never be higher. This is a player who has been with the organization since 2019, developed in-house and developed well. He could be gone before Week 1 if the price is right.
