5. Robert Tonyan

Although there are other former Green Bay Packers around the league playing for teams besides the New York Jets, I think that's the clearest picture to be painted right now of utter failure in other NFL cities.

Another name that has almost completely disappeared now that he's no longer in Green Bay, however, is former Packers tight end Robert Tonyan. Tonyan once looked like he was on his way to becoming a household name at the position in the NFL when he caught a whopping 11 touchdowns on 52 total receptions back in 2020.

Not only was that production not repeated, but Robert Tonyan's effectiveness on a per reception basis reached a low in 2022 when he averaged only 8.9 yards per catch. Yikes.

He hit free agency in 2023 and reunited with Luke Getsy there in Chicago. You can't blame him for going to a place where he knows a guy, but Tonyan has not done well with the Bears, catching just seven passes for 58 yards in 10 games.

In other words, he's not really part of the offense as a receiver.
