Jordan Love and the Packers have dynasty potential according to ESPN NFL analyst

I'd say time to get on the hype train but it's apparently already left the station.

The Packers got arguably the most important piece of business on their checklist done last week, signing Jordan Love to a four-year extension that makes him the highest paid QB in football. Love was certainly deserving of the deal, as the 25 year old QB came on strong last season and proved that he's The Guy in Green Bay going forward.

And beside the (justifiable) excitement that came with the news, there was also a fair bit of hyperbole mixed in too; that's just how it works. It's not like Packers fans will complaing, either – they're now on their 3rd straight franchise QB, and the deal was universally praised by NFL analysts across all major networks. In fact, Ryan Clark – who played in the NFL for years before joining ESPN – may have the take of all takes: that the Packers are now in position to win multiple (!!) Super Bowls. Clark was recently on "Get Up" and fired off the best take that Packers fans will hear all week.

Clark sees the potential for multiple Super Bowls in the Jordan Love era

"I think the most important thing for Jordan Love is that he could be the best quarterback in the NFC," Clark said. "And I think that's a very easy goal, or feasible goal for him to reach. He could be in the Suepr Bowl as well. But I believe right now, with where Jordan Love and this team is positioned, the Green Bay Packers could have more success as a team, with Jordan Love, than they did under Brett Favre or Aaron Rodgers ... "

"We have to remember, as great as both of those players were, they only won one Super Bowl apiece. Jordan Love is going to have an opportunity to win more than one Super Bowl. Jordan Love is going to have this team in position, in my opinion, year after year after year. And only having played one year, there's so much more potential to tap into ... "

Putting aside the fact that technically every NFL QB has multiple chances to win a Super Bowl, I am extremely here for this. Late July and early August is exactly when I'm down to earnestly buy into the idea that the Packers are the next great NFL dynasty. And when it happens, remember that you heard it on ESPN's morning show first, and then here second. Or just here first.
