All Matt LaFleur does is win.

Malik Willis is the starting quarterback only a few weeks after joining the team? No problem. The Green Bay Packers have won both games without Jordan Love, including a dominant victory over the Tennessee Titans in Week 3.

It's early in the season, but LaFleur has put his name firmly in the mix for NFL Coach of the Year over the first three weeks.

LaFleur was fired up in the locker room after the game and couldn't be happier with his team's performance. But his victories didn't end there. He also delivered an incredible line during his postgame press conference.

Packers' Matt LaFleur has the perfect response to fire alarm interrupting his press conference

While addressing the media following the Packers' win, a fire alarm went off in the room, interrupting his press conference. LaFleur didn't hesitate to deliver a mic-drop moment.

"Whatever, keep going. Keep firing away," said LaFleur. "They told me that this city is going to burn if we came in here and win the game, so I guess it is."

LaFleur didn't just win the game, he won the press conference. Outstanding.

Imagine how Titans fans must feel. They watched Malik Willis fail to win the backup quarterback job ahead of Mason Rudolph, with the team trading him to the Packers for a seventh-round pick. Less than four weeks later, Willis dismantled the Titans' defense in a huge Packers victory in Tennessee. And then LaFleur, the Titans' former offensive coordinator, delivers a line like that.

It's great to see LaFleur finally get his flowers. We've seen his offensive genius from the day he arrived in Green Bay, but the national media refused to give him credit because Aaron Rodgers was playing quarterback.

Last season, LaFleur proved why he is one of the league's best coaches. Now he's just running up the score.
