1. Jared Goff, Detroit Lions

Jared Goff clings on to first place, but barely. He remains the top quarterback in the NFC North for now, but his recent performances won't encourage Lions fans.

Over the past five weeks, Goff has thrown 1,457 yards, seven touchdowns, and five interceptions while also losing three fumbles. That's eight turnovers to seven TDs.

The concern is that the Lions' offensive line isn't holding up as well as earlier in the season, and Goff's play is declining as a result. He was sacked five times in a season-worst performance against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 7, throwing for 284 yards, no touchdowns, and one interception with a 68.4 rating in a blowout loss.

He struggled under pressure against Green Bay. Despite the Lions' receivers regularly getting open against a depleted Packers secondary, Goff was under constant pressure and rarely looked comfortable. Green Bay's defense made three sacks and hit Goff 12 times, and he looked jittery under pressure. Goff lost three fumbles.

His overall season numbers remain solid. Goff has completed 67.9 percent of his passes for 3,075 yards, 18 touchdowns, and eight picks, with a 96.9 rating. But unless the Lions' offensive line gets back to its dominant best soon, Goff's struggles under pressure could hurt his team down the stretch.
