Week 4 is officially in the books, a week that featured the first NFC North matchup of the season, with the Green Bay Packers losing to the Minnesota Vikings with an ugly performance.

Jordan Love returned to the Packers lineup but was unable to complete the comeback effort.

Elsewhere, the other two NFC North teams were also victorious this week. The Chicago Bears took down the Los Angeles Rams, while the Detroit Lions picked up an impressive win over the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football.

This brings us to our Week 5 NFC North quarterback power rankings.

NFC North quarterback power rankings entering Week 5

4. Caleb Williams, Bears

Caleb Williams had the best week of his career thus far, leading the Bears to a 24-18 win over the Rams. The first overall pick completed 17 of 23 passes for 157 yards, one touchdown, and no interceptions. He also had five carries for 12 yards.

All in all, Williams comes in at the No. 4 spot, partly due to how far behind the other quarterbacks he has been through the first few weeks of the season. He didn't turn the ball over for just the second time. The Bears got the win, and Williams didn't have to be a superhero to do so, which is a welcome sign for Chicago fans going forward.

3. Jordan Love, Packers

After trailing 28-0 in the first half, Jordan Love led the Packers to a near comeback before ultimately falling to the Vikings 31-29. In his return to the lineup after a two-game hiatus with an MCL sprain, Love went 32-of-54 for 389 yards, four touchdowns, and three interceptions. He also scrambled once, picking up six yards on the ground.

On the surface, this was a mixed bag of a game for the Packers' signal caller. On the one hand, throwing four touchdowns is a single-game career-high. On the other hand, the three interceptions also match a career-worst. It's fitting that Love wore a Brett Favre jersey to the game.

There is some degree of nuisance to two of those picks, as both were catchable and bounced off a receiver's hands, reminiscent of Love's predecessor in Green Bay. Love may be able to rise up these rankings as the season goes along and he gets back into the flow of an NFL game.

2. Sam Darnold, Vikings

Sam Darnold led the Vikings to a 31-29 victory over the Packers this week, keeping his team undefeated despite a late rally by the Packers. Darnold completed 20 of 28 for 275 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception. He also rushed seven times for 15 yards and had a long run of 12 yards.

Full disclosure: Darn near every other week, Darnold's efforts would have kept him in the top spot of these rankings. He did have the one interception as Green Bay was mounting a comeback, but since the Vikings ultimately held on, that is pretty miniscule. However, this week is that exception, and we have a new leader of the power rankings.

1. Jared Goff, Lions

Jared Goff had the world watching on Monday Night Football and delivered a dandy of a game as the Lions took down the Seattle Seahawks 42-29. Goff was perfect in the game, going 18-of-18 for 292 yards and two touchdowns. The biggest splash came when Dan Campbell dialed up some trickery with a "Detroit Special," running a jet sweep to Amon-Ra St. Brown, who turned and found Goff for a seven-yard touchdown pass.

Goff represents the highest rise of the season in the power rankings after coming in at the No. 3 spot last week. That is what happens when you are perfect for a game. Can Goff retain the top spot? Only time will tell.
