Despite a slow start to the Jordan Love era, the Green Bay Packers turned things around midway through the 2023 season. While they didn't win the NFC North, Love and the rest of the team greatly improved and made it into the postseason where they upset the Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card round of the playoffs.

While the Packers couldn't quite get past the San Francisco 49ers in the divisional round, people are clearly on the Green Bay hype train for the 2024 season. Three NFL.com writers picked the Packers to win Super Bowl LIX but one of those predictions was ever so sweet.

Jeremy Bergman predicted that the Packers would prevail over the New York Jets in Super Bowl LIX. This would be a huge match-up considering it'd be Aaron Rodgers' new team against his old team and Bergman had the good guys being victorious and handing Rodgers his first Super Bowl loss.

"The Aaron Rodgers Bowl will pit the first two franchises to win a Super Bowl against each other. A low-scoring affair will see the ex-Packers QB fall just short in his revenge game and come to his latest spiritual epiphany: Love conquers all."

Latest Packers Super Bowl prediction would be hilarious

Any prediction that has the Packers winning a Super Bowl is a good one but for the team to win its fifth Super Bowl trophy against Rodgers would be even better. Rodgers helped lead the team to a Super Bowl win during the 2010 season but the team has sadly not been back since then.

The other two NFL.com writers who picked the Packers to win Super Bowl LIX had them taking down the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texans respectively. The Packers beat Kansas City in the first-ever Super Bowl and if the Texans were to make it to the big game, it'd be their first-ever appearance since entering the league in 2002.

Something that will really make Packers fans laugh is that one NFL.com writer, Adam Rank to be exact, picked the Chicago Bears to prevail in Super Bowl LIX over the Jets. That would be the one match-up that would have Packers fans pulling for Rodgers.

The Packers hype train rolling on makes sense considering the season they had in 2023 and the fact that Love appears to be the quarterback of the future. The Bears hype train escaluating to the point where they're picked to win a Super Bowl is a bit absurd when Caleb Willams has yet to even take a snap yet.

But hey, let's stick to the original premise of the article. If the Packers could truly take down Rodgers in the biggest game of the year, it'd be a hilarious moment.
