3. Packers could trade for Chiefs CB L'Jarius Sneed

L'Jarius Sneed Trade

Compared to the PS2 trade idea, this seems like a bargain. The only difference here is the Packers would have to sign L'Jarius Sneed to a new deal in order to facilitate a trade with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Sneed is one of the toughest, most versatile defensive backs in the game. Until the playoffs last season, he went the entire year without giving up a single touchdown. He's been a lockdown player from the slot, on the outside, or moving around however the Chiefs asked him to.

He could be a dream addition for new defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley, and the Packers wouldn't have to give up their entire 2024 NFL Draft to get him. The Chiefs might hold out for a first-round pick in a trade involving Sneed, who was recently named their franchise player, but there have been rumblings that a second-rounder could get it done.

The good news for the Packers? They've got multiple second-round picks, thanks to the Aaron Rodgers deal last offseason.

Again, GM Brian Gutekunst has unreal flexibility this offseason. And some of the best veterans that could be available in trades just so happen to fit some of his biggest areas of need right now.
