2. Cooper DeJean, CB, Iowa

Cooper DeJean is one of the best pure football players in the entire 2024 NFL Draft class. It's really a shame that injury prevented him from working out at the NFL Combine, but I don't think Packers fans will have to worry about DeJean meeting the team's RAS threshold. He's not only one of the most versatile players in this year's class, but one of the most athletic as well.

DeJean is going to be an immediate contributor in the NFL on special teams, where he's a great return specialist and ace on coverage units, but what he brings to the table defensively is where he becomes a dream addition for the Packers. DeJean has outstanding ball skills, instincts, and the ability to close on the football in a hurry.

He played both corner and safety at Iowa, and projects well to either position in the pros.

3. Quinyon Mitchell, CB, Toledo

If the Packers are going to trade up for a cornerback in this year's draft, there may not be anyone better than Quinyon Mitchell. Neck and neck with Terrion Arnold as the top corner in this year's draft class, Quinyon Mitchell is a smooth athlete at the cornerback position who plays the ball as well in the air as you will see at the position.

When it comes to traits, Mitchell's got them in spades. When it comes to production? Well, he had 45 passes defensed over the last three seasons, as well as six interceptions. He's fast, physical, and explosive. The Packers may not be able to get a better player for their secondary in the first round of this year's draft, but they'd have to move up to get him at this point.
