4. Darnell Washington, TE, Georgia

No tight end in the class has the same upside as Georgia's Darnell Washington. The Packers would be getting a dominant blocker, an elite athlete, and a perfect replacement for Marcedes Lewis in Matt LaFleur's offense. Washington blocks like an offensive tackle, which would be great news for Jordan Love.

What's exciting is his upside as a receiver. He showed potential as a pass-catcher for Georgia, and it would be interesting to see him play an expanded role as a receiver in the Packers' offense. Washington would be a home-run pick on Day 2. He has sky-high potential in the NFL.

3. Brian Branch, S, Alabama

It might not be the deepest of safety classes, but Alabama's Brian Branch is the best to enter this year's draft. He offers positional versatility as he can play across the secondary. Branch spent a lot of time at slot corner for Alabama, a position the Packers still haven't properly figured out since Chandon Sullivan's departure a year ago.

There's so much to love about Branch's game and his fit in the Packers' defense. He would be an excellent addition for Green Bay on Day 2 of the draft. Branch could be an instant starter, whether at safety or slot cornerback.
