2. Offensive line

  • David Bakhtiari
  • Elgton Jenkins
  • Josh Myers
  • Jon Runyan
  • Zach Tom
  • Rasheed Walker
  • Royce Newman
  • Yosh Nijman
  • Sean Rhyan
  • Caleb Jones

The Green Bay Packers have 10 offensive linemen on their 53-man roster, and when you look at this group on paper, you can see why. David Bakhtiari and Elgton Jenkins are two of the best in the league at their respective positions when fully healthy, and they are paid accordingly. Zach Tom is a rising star and I think set to establish himself as one of the premier right tackles in the game in 2023.

The Packers have outstanding depth and guys who were both drafted high and have started games among their backups. This group is a testament to the coaching skills of Adam Stenavich.

1. Edge rushers

  • Rashan Gary
  • Preston Smith
  • Kingsley Enagbare
  • Lukas Van Ness
  • Justin Hollins
  • Brenton Cox Jr.

The Green Bay Packers kept a whopping six guys off the edge, and for good reason. This is one of the most talented edge position groups across the entire NFL.

Rashan Gary and Preston Smith are a top-flight duo when healthy, combining for 14.5 sacks last season. Kingsley Enagbare looks more than ready to take on a bigger role this season if need be while the Packers brought in Lukas Van Ness in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft.

Van Ness is likely going to play all over the defensive formation initially with his combination of size and athleticism. The Packers have a couple of really nice depth pieces on the back end as well in Justin Hollins and Brenton Cox Jr.
