2. Packers could reunite with Davante Adams

Davante Adams trade

How about a reunion with Davante Adams?

The All-Pro wide receiver said he didn't have time to "wait around" after the Las Vegas Raiders fell to 1-2. They have since lost their third straight game, and the Packers can hand them a 1-4 record by the end of Monday Night Football.

One NFL insider named the Packers as a potential landing spot for Adams, and why not?

He knows Matt LaFleur's system, would immediately upgrade the Packers' offense, and could help this team make a playoff run.

Adams would make a huge impact for the Packers. He is an elite wide receiver and would instantly become Jordan Love's top target. But a return to Green Bay would also be a massive win for the Packers' young receiving corps.

None of the Packers' current receivers were on the team at the same time as Davante Adams. They would have the chance to learn from him every day. Watch him practice, watch how he prepares, and learn what it means to be one of the league's best wide receivers.

It would also take the pressure off Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs. They would become complementary receiving options to Adams.

Adams would take the Packers' offense to another level, but his impact would go far beyond that. He would help Green Bay's young receivers.

With Adams, the Packers would immediately have a top-five receiving corps.
