Winner: Bo Melton

Bo Melton became the first Packers receiver to hit 100 yards last week, and he made another significant impact in Week 18. Melton caught five passes for 62 yards and should've had a touchdown. The officials ruled that Melton didn't have full control of the ball, but it looked like the wrong decision.

It didn't stop Melton from having another fantastic game. He even drew comparisons to Donald Driver from the TV broadcast. Green Bay missed Christian Watson again this week, while Romeo Doubs left the game early due to injury. No problem. When the Packers need a play, just throw the ball to Bo Melton. He continues to deliver.

Winner: Matt LaFleur

Matt LaFleur never got the respect he deserved for leading the Packers to three straight 13-win seasons because he "had Aaron Rodgers." Look what he's done this year. LaFleur had the daunting challenge of building an offense around a first-year starting quarterback and a receiving corps made up of rookies and second-year players.

His team faced plenty of adversity early on, beginning the season 3-6. But they never quit on their coach. They battled all the way, and their 6-2 finish and wild-card berth is a huge credit to LaFleur. The Packers are lucky to have him.
