It's been nearly one week since the Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers agreed upon a blockbuster of all blockbuster trades. The Cowboys and edge rusher Micah Parsons' relationship was to the point of no return, as both sides didn't budge in contract negotiations.

So, the Packers said they would pay Parsons in exchange for two first-round picks and defensive tackle Kenny Clark. The Cowboys agreed to the deal and were heavily ridiculed as a result, while the Packers were universally praised.

Let's just say that Cowboys fans were not happy with team owner Jerry Jones. Now, they will have to hear about Parsons a lot, especially if he plays well for the Packers. It will be similar to what New York Giants fans had to deal with as Saquon Barkley thrived with the Philadelphia Eagles last year. Now, the NFL is punishing Cowboys fans.

As RJ Ochoa of Blogging the Boys points out, most of the state of Texas will see the Houston Texans vs. Los Angeles Rams game on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET on CBS. Meanwhile, the Dallas-Fort Worth area will get to watch the Detroit Lions vs. the Packers.

Cowboys fans in Dallas will have to watch Micah Parsons' debut with the Packers in Week 1

While this is objectively hilarious, let's face it, the Packers vs. Lions game is the best game of that time slot on Sunday. After all, CBS will have Jim Nantz and Tony Romo calling the game. But on top of that, the Packers and Lions are both potential Super Bowl contenders this season.

But there is some uncertainty heading into the season opener for Parsons. The edge rusher is dealing with an L4/L5 facet joint sprain in his back. The Packers have Parsons on a five-day plan of "an anti-Inflammatory corticosteroid, a prednisone" to relieve the tightness in his back. If necessary, Parsons could reportedly get an epidural shot so he could play on Sunday.

But what a way for Parsons to debut for his new team after signing a four-year, $188 million contract extension. He has the chance to be a game-wrecker along the line of scrimmage and help the Packers pick up a win over the Lions.

If Parsons has the game of all games on Sunday, Packers fans will feel even better knowing that Cowboys fans will be watching it, absolutely miserable.
