Tom Brady just dropped a Jordan Love warning the NFC isn't ready for

Tom Brady has enjoyed a front-row seat to the Green Bay Packers' back-to-back victories over the Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears. Jordan Love went full Toyotathon, throwing for 468 yards, seven touchdowns, and one interception, leaving the Packers in full control of the NFC North.

Green Bay's offense hit a midseason slump following Tucker Kraft's season-ending injury, but Love has elevated his game to another level, and now, this group looks on track to make a strong Super Bowl push. Love has a fan in Brady, who believes this offense can still reach new heights.

"I think you could hear how fired up I was on the call from Lambeau watching Jordan Love drop three touchdowns out there on the Frozen Tundra," Brady said. "It's pass-catcher-by-committee in Green Bay, and if everyone keeps doing their job, this offense will just continue to improve."

Consider that your warning, NFC.

It might be Toyotathon, but let's be honest, Love has been shredding defenses all season long. He leads the NFL in EPA/play, boasts Pro Football Focus' second-best passing grade, and has completed 67.1 percent of his passes for 3,028 yards, 22 touchdowns, and only four interceptions. His 105.4 passer rating ranks fourth in the NFL, his 73.0 QBR second.

That "pass-catcher-by-committee" Brady talks about is also a headache for defenses. Love rarely zeros in on any one receiver, instead spreading the ball around. Even with Christian Watson showing signs of becoming a true WR1, Love still targeted nine other pass-catchers against the Bears, with Jayden Reed and Luke Musgrave each receiving four targets.

A week earlier, it was Dontayvion Wicks who led the Packers in catches, while Watson and Romeo Doubs each had at least four targets.

It doesn't allow defenses to prioritize taking away one receiver. Focus on Watson, and Love can feed Doubs, Reed, and Wicks. Even WR-turned-CB-turned-WR-again Bo Melton got in on the action last week with a 45-yard touchdown catch.

The Packers may not have an individual pass-catcher on the level of Justin Jefferson or Ja'Marr Chase, but they do boast arguably the deepest receiving corps in football.

Love is playing the best football of his career, and it's hard to know how to defend him. He has an elite 95.5 PFF passing grade when given a clean pocket, but the solution isn't to blitz him. His 90.3 passing grade when blitzed is the best in the league. If your defense can't generate consistent pressure with four rushers, you're in trouble.

Brady is right. This offense can continue to improve. And with the defense making life miserable for every quarterback they face, the Packers are becoming a team nobody wants to run into in January.
