The Green Bay Packers are getting healthier ahead of their toughest stretch of the season to date. Sunday's showdown with the Houston Texans is the first of several big-time matchups for Matt LaFleur's squad, including divisional dates with the Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears.

Green Bay has dealt with multiple injuries this season, but fortunately, most have been short-term issues. With the Texans coming to Lambeau Field this week, the Packers are getting key players healthy at just the right time.

Despite being unable to finish last week's win over the Arizona Cardinals, wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks returned to practice on Wednesday. The question was how he would feel a day later. The answer? Well enough to practice in pads.

Even better news? The Packers got Elgton Jenkins and Colby Wooden back on the practice field on Thursday. Devonte Wyatt was the only player not to practice, but head coach Matt LaFleur said "he is doing a nice job" and "is getting better."

Packers get full wide receiver corps back at practice entering Week 7

The biggest winner at practice? Jordan Love. He had his entire receiving corps available and had his starting left guard back out there.

The Packers have missed key receivers in recent weeks through a combination of injuries and suspensions. They started last week's game with a fully healthy corps but then lost Wicks. The group is trending in the right direction ahead of a matchup against a tough Texans defense.

One player the Packers won't get back just yet is rookie running back MarShawn Lloyd. He is eligible to return from injured reserve after missing four games, but a little more patience is required. Although he likely won't return this week, LaFleur indicated it won't be long before the Packers get their third-round pick back out there.

The Texans are dealing with multiple injury concerns.

Linebackers Azeez Al-Shaair and Henry To'oTo'o, cornerback Kamari Lassiter, safety Jimmie Ward, wide receiver Robert Woods, and defensive tackle Foley Fatukasi missed practice for the second straight day on Thursday. That's something to monitor ahead of Sunday's game. They have also lost wide receiver Nico Collins to injured reserve.

In what could be a close game between two excellent teams, availability could have an important part to play.
