It's a huge game. It always is when the Green Bay Packers and San Francisco 49ers meet.
While the Packers have a strong chance of reaching the postseason due to their 7-3 record, they can take nothing for granted. They play the Miami Dolphins four days from now before visiting Ford Field for a rematch with the Detroit Lions. It's not impossible they could lose all three, and a 7-6 record creates a different situation entirely. A win here would be significant for two reasons.
It would also push the 49ers closer to a playoff-less season. While they are alive in a competitive NFC West race, they face a brutal upcoming schedule.
