The Green Bay Packers had every reason to be frustrated with the officials during their loss to the Detroit Lions on Thursday Night Football last week. With a mini-bye to get healthy (and get over it, quite honestly), they are back in primetime for a showdown with the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday Night Football.

A win would effectively guarantee Green Bay a playoff berth, although it can't officially clinch a spot due to the Los Angeles Rams' victory over the San Francisco 49ers earlier this week. A loss wouldn't be disastrous for Matt LaFleur's team, but it would slightly decrease the margin for error entering the final three games.

The Packers can still win the NFC North, but it would take a miracle. They will likely have to settle for a wild-card berth, but they must first earn their spot, and a victory tonight would help significantly. They are aiming to pick up their first road win over the Seahawks since 2008. They have lost their past four in Seattle, which includes the 2015 NFC Championship and the "Fail Mary" game. Phew.

After weeks of early-afternoon football, the Packers are getting pretty used to night games. This is their third consecutive primetime matchup, with a fourth on the way next Monday night.

They called 10(!) penalties on the Packers in that game, but they had no choice. Green Bay made avoidable mistake after avoidable mistake, an area it has improved since the bye week.
