Josh Boyd/Nate Palmer: Fifth/Sixth round pick – N/A
Of the two, I can give Boyd an actual grade, but I don’t think either really played enough during the season to make an accurate judgment. Boyd saw more playing time with Johnny Jolly going out with a neck injury late in the season. The Packers have some tough decisions to make at nose tackle this offseason.
Ryan Pickett is set to become a free agent and B.J Raji will be testing the free agent waters after holding out on a contract extension offered to him by the Packers during the season, despite his drop-off in production.
Boyd could step in for Pickett at NT if necessary, but would need work into that role this offseason to be successful.
