Green Bay Packers: Wins and losses from week two
By Jamie Wright
Pass Rush
I really liked the intensity that I saw from the Packers pass rush on Sunday.
Julius Peppers was on fire, he created a strip sack that was later ruled a forward pass (what?) and had a key pass breakup that was a near interception, along the sideline.
He has shown that his abilities haven’t diminished quite like they were expected to, even with his age.
He is helping create a dual threat, opposite Clay Matthews. I saw a great deal of pressure on Geno Smith and they didn’t sacrifice the run defense to get the job done.
Mike Daniels had a monster game and threatened all around the pocket, all day.
