The future of Green Bay Packers cornerback Tramon Williams remains unclear.
His next move will directly determine just how urgent of a need the cornerback position is for the Green Bay Packers.

With or without Williams, it can be expected that the Packers will address the position in the upcoming NFL Draft.
A potential target for general manager Ted Thompson is Wake Forest’s Kevin Johnson.
Between 2012-14 at Wake Forest, Johnson recorded 160 tackles, 36 pass defenses and seven interceptions – according to Sports Reference.
Where Johnson is projected to fall in the draft is dependant on the big board you look at. CBSSports.com ranks him second among cornerbacks and the 27th best overall player; WalterFootball.com places him third among corners.
In contrast, DraftTek.com puts Johnson at number six for cornerbacks and 48th overall.
Either way, the general consensus is that he could be available for the Packers in the first round, but most likely won’t be in the second round, barring a trade.
