4. Lynn Dickey

Lynn Dickey is the number four player on our all time list as he led the Packers from 1976-85. Dickey’s career got off to a difficult start as a Packer after breaking his leg in 1977 which resulted in him being out for two seasons before taking over the starting job when he returned. When Dickey did return, he put up some unbelievable numbers including passing for 4,458 yards in 1983 which would stand as the all time record until 2011.

Dickey was a very solid quarterback and had a huge amount of potential. Unfortunately he career was at times determined by nagging injuries and inconsistency. Still Dickey was able to deliver the first post season win since the Bart Starr era. Dickey threw for 21,369 yards and 133 touchdowns in his career as a Packer, ranking him fourth in both categories all time.
