3. Opening day 2012 San Francisco 30 – Green Bay 22
Widely considered an upset most didn’t see coming, the Packers dropped the 2012 season opener mostly due to a young and very aggressive 49er defense led by Navarro Bowman.
Bowman ended the game with 11 total tackles while adding an interception of Aaron Rodgers as well.
Frank Gore rushed for over 100 yards on just 16 carries and Alex Smith only passed for just over 211 yards, adding two touchdowns.
