5. Travis Frederick (Dallas Cowboys)

Frederick hails from the offensive line factory of Wisconsin, but he has managed to be a leader on an NFL offensive line machine as well. The Cowboys offensive line throughout the mid-2010s has been incredible, and it’s hard to believe that it would be that imposing without Travis Frederick.

If he continues to play on the level that he has been at throughout the early part of his career, he may have a case to be enshrined in Canton 15-20 years from now.

4. Alex Mack (Atlanta Falcons)

The Falcons offensive line didn’t feel as good in 2017 compared to what it was in 2016, but Alex Mack still managed to dominate. He is the best center in football right now, mainly because of his athleticism.

3. Marshal Yanda (Baltimore Ravens)

I was slightly hesitant to rank Marshal Yanda as high as I did, given the fact that he is coming off of a major injury and also because he is nearing his mid-30s. His versatility and ability to dominate when healthy is still enough to put him in the top three though. He will be in the Hall of Fame.

2. David DeCastro (Pittsburgh Steelers)

The Steelers offensive line and run game has been tremendous in recent years. DeCastro has been a huge reason for this. He could easily be number one on this list next year.

DeCastro doesn’t get a ton of attention, mainly because the Steelers have so many stars at the skill positions on their offense, but he deserves a lot of the credit for the success that the Steelers offense has had in the past few years.

1. Zack Martin (Dallas Cowboys)

Martin has started every single game of his career. He is the definition of consistency and he still managed to dominate defensive tackles despite the chaos the Cowboys offense was going through last year.

He was rewarded mightily for his performance and consistency recently with a huge contract extension. It’s hard to believe Cowboys fans were once upon a time mad at Jerry Jones for taking Martin instead of Johnny Manziel. I think it’s fair to say they made the right choice there.
