1. Jimmy Graham

After catching a touchdown in the first game and gaining 30 yards in the season opener, Jimmy Graham followed that with zero catches in back-to-back games.

Since the end of Sunday’s game, Aaron Rodgers has spoken about needing to get the ball into Graham’s hands more. Meanwhile, fans across Packer Nation are wondering why the team is still holding onto the veteran.

If Rodgers has his way, he will make those fans regret their words. Graham has a place in the offense, even if he has lost some speed. He is still a veteran route-runner capable of getting open, or going up and over a defender with his six-foot-seven height. Just, please Matt LaFleur, don’t ask him to block an All-Pro edge rusher one-on-one again.

With so many young components on the offense, the Packers may look to get their veterans more involved to get the offense kick-started. Graham has been battling a groin injury, but I expect he’ll play in this game before a long break before the next game.

If Graham can recapture some of his former glory, the Packers will have a chain-moving, large end-zone threat who can pace the offense and provide Rodgers with another veteran option.
