4. Davante Adams

If Davante Adams doesn’t add another catch or yard to his 2020 stat sheet, he would still have had a phenomenal year. He set a new career high for touchdown receptions with 17 and has dominated every corner that has lined up across from him.

The Bears were one team able to limit the damage of Adams. In their last meeting, Adams was held to only 61 yards on six catches though he did score a touchdown.

Chicago could be a little shorthanded in the secondary for this matchup, and that’s bad news for the Bears.

Starting cornerback Jaylon Johnson, nickelback Buster Skrine, as well as backup safety Deon Bush have not yet practiced this week, leaving their status for the game in doubt. They will have Kyle Fuller but the way the Packers like to move Adams around, they will find ways to get Adams matched up against backups.

This should set the stage for another big game for Adams.

Davante is only 58 yards and two catches short of new career highs. Adams’ vengeance after a lesser performance by his standards in the last game should put him well over his previous bests.

You know Aaron Rodgers and head coach Matt LaFleur will look to get him going early and often. If Green Bay can get off to the start on the ground they did last game, Adams should see plenty of single coverage which we know he can handle.
