1. DK Metcalf, Seattle Seahawks

This would be huge move for the Packers. It may require parting ways with one of their first-round picks to make it happen, but in DK Metcalf, the Packers would be getting one of the best young wide receivers in the NFL.

Metcalf is only 24 years old and has already been named a second-team All-Pro and Pro Bowler in his career.

Last season, Metcalf had 75 receptions for 967 yards and 12 touchdowns. In 2020, he made 83 catches for 1,303 yards and 10 touchdowns. For as well as he has played the past two years in Seattle, the best could be yet to come for the former second-round pick.

Metcalf has one year remaining on his rookie contract with a 2022 cap hit of $4.32 million, according to Over The Cap. However, the Packers would be smart to work out a long-term extension if they were to trade for Metcalf.

Metcalf would instantly give the Packers the WR1 they desperately need, taking the pressure off in the draft. Green Bay could then find a complementary receiver in the early rounds.

As noted when discussing Tyler Lockett earlier, it comes down to the Seahawks and their plans over the next couple of years. They undoubtedly need to rebuild, but would that include trading away one of their top wide receivers? Time will tell.
