Cornerbacks (6)

Jaire Alexander, Eric Stokes, Rasul Douglas, Shemar Jean-Charles, Keisean Nixon, Kabion Ento

The Packers’ top three at cornerback are as good as any in the NFL.

Jaire Alexander missed most of the 2021 season due to injury, but we all know how good he is. Two years ago, Alexander was named a Pro Bowler and second-team All-Pro. The 25-year-old has 44 pass defenses in 48 career games for the Packers.

Following injuries to Alexander and Kevin King, Eric Stokes was thrown in at the deep end as a rookie, starting 14 games.

But he delivered, making 14 pass defenses and an interception while also allowing just 49.5 percent of passes to be completed in his coverage, according to Pro Football Reference.

Stokes showed sky-high potential in his rookie season. With his talent, athleticism, and speed, he can be a valuable part of the Packers’ secondary for many years to come.

Rasul Douglas was one of the surprises of the season after being signed from the Arizona Cardinals’ practice squad in October. According to Pro Football Reference, Douglas recorded a team-high five interceptions and scored as many touchdowns as he allowed.

If there’s any concern, it’s with the depth behind the top three. That will be especially important in dime packages.

Can Shemar Jean-Charles take on a more significant role in the slot?

Keisean Nixon will likely spend most of his time on special teams just as he did under new Packers special teams coordinator Rich Bisaccia with the Las Vegas Raiders last season.
