Secondary

1. Packers

The Packers have star talent in the secondary, led by former All-Pro and Pro Bowl cornerback Jaire Alexander, who is returning from injury this season. Add in the excellent pair of second-year Eric Stokes and Rasul Douglas, and the Packers may have the best cornerback trio in football.

Adrian Amos is one of the best all-around safeties in the league. Along with Darnell Savage, Green Bay has an excellent starting duo at the position.

2. Vikings

Harrison Smith is a six-time Pro Bowler but enters his age-33 season. The Vikings did draft Lewis Cine in the second round, who could become a star at safety.

Cameron Dantzler played well at cornerback last year, but Patrick Peterson recently turned 32.

The Vikings’ secondary has the potential to be very good, but there are concerns.

3. Bears

Second-round picks Kyler Gordon and Jaquan Brisker could start immediately for the Bears. They will need to start fast. The Bears need a bounce-back year from former All-Pro Eddie Jackson.

4. Lions

The secondary is another major concern for the Lions. Former third overall pick Jeff Okudah has only played in 10 games. They will hope he can stay healthy and make a difference for the Lions this season.
