Receiving

Receptions: Allen Lazard

Allen Lazard didn’t even play in the season opener, and it showed how much the Packers need him. He is one of Aaron Rodgers’ most trusted receivers and he has stepped into the WR1 role when needed in the past.

When Rodgers needs a play, he’s going to look Lazard’s way a lot. Lazard’s 40 receptions ranked second on the team among receivers last year. While Aaron Jones will see an increase in targets, Lazard could be the clear leader in receptions by the end of the year.

Receiving yards: Lazard

And with the most receptions, Lazard will also lead the team in receiving yards. He set a career-high in receiving yards with 513 last season. That number will only increase, barring injury.

Receiving touchdowns: Romeo Doubs

While Lazard will lead the way in terms of receptions and receiving yards, Romeo Doubs will be the Packers’ leader in receiving touchdowns.

Doubs has shown his ability to win 50/50 balls all summer, and that will help him make plays in the red zone. The rookie is also an excellent deep threat, which could lead to some home run opportunities.

Doubs was a touchdown machine at Nevada, finding the end zone 20 times in his final two seasons. He caught touchdowns for fun during training camp and had two in the preseason.
