Nobody likes losing in the NFL, but the Green Bay Packers can use their tough loss on the road last week against the Denver Broncos as fuel going into a crucial divisional matchup against the Chicago Bears in Week 16.
The Packers beat the Bears in Green Bay in Week 14, and the Bears are going to try to use that as their motivation for revenge this week. How do the Packers take back the NFC North division lead even without Micah Parsons off the edge? Can they go on the road again on a short week and prove they're still Super Bowl contenders?
We're going to make some scorching-hot predictions for this Week 16 NFC North showdown, manifesting positivity for the Packers, including Jordan Love putting on his Superman cape.
Jordan Love throws 4 TD passes in bold predictions for Packers-Bears in Week 16
1. Jordan Love throws 4 TD passes
It had been a long time since Jordan Love had a multi-interception game prior to that unfortunately happening in the loss against the Denver Broncos. Love hadn't thrown more than one interception in a game since October 20...2024.

That was against the Houston Texans, who also have one of the best defenses in the NFL over the past couple of years. But that is still a staggering stat in Love's favor. The guy barely throws any picks in the months of November and December overall in the past couple of seasons. He's going to take that multi-interception game personal.
The Bears have been one of the best in the NFL defensively at creating takeaways this season. Just two weeks ago, they got to Love for an early interception, but then he locked in after that point.
After throwing multiple interceptions against the Broncos, Love is going to come out and absolutely shred the Chicago secondary to the tune of four touchdown passes on Saturday night.
2. Christian Watson goes off for 125-plus
If Love is going to have a huge game, then obviously, his playmakers are going to have big games as well. And after the injury he suffered against the Broncos, it looked like the Packers were going to potentially be without the big field-stretcher for the rest of the season.
Miraculously, Christian Watson seems likely to play this weekend, or is at least trending towards it. We're not only going to manifest that Watson will be out there helping his team get that NFC North title, but also having his best game of the season so far.
His highest yardage total for a game this season is 89, which came two weeks ago against the Bears. The best game of his NFL career? 150 yards last season against...you guessed it: the Bears. I'm going to say Watson has his biggest game of the season with at least 125 yards against Chicago on Saturday.
3. Edgerrin Cooper does his best Micah Parsons impression with three sacks
The Packers can't "replace" Micah Parsons. He's truly one of the most irreplaceable defensive players in the entire NFL. However, they do have to find a way to replace his pass-rush productivity. You're not going to get Parsons-level dominance week after week from anyone, but in this game against the Bears, maybe you get it from Edgerrin Cooper.
Cooper has just 0.5 sacks this season after having 3.5 last year. The arrival of Parsons allowed Jeff Hafley to utilize him differently this season, but you've got to change course once again. Cooper already leads this team in tackles, so we know he flies to the football. Hafley needs to cook up some pressure packages and fluster Caleb Williams, utilizing one of his most talented players on the defensive front.
This could be a perfect opportunity for Cooper to do his best Parsons impression and send the Packers home with a win thanks to his skill as a pass-rusher.
