The last time Jordan Love played on Thanksgiving, he put on a dazzling show by dicing up the Lions' defense. It sparked Toyotathon Jordan Love, a phenomenon scientists are still trying to understand.

Ready for Round 2?

While it remains unconfirmed, NFL schedule leak aggregator OzzyNFL reports that it will be Packers-Lions once again on Thanksgiving.

This follows a report that the two teams will meet at Lambeau Field in Week 1. The NFL is reserving prime schedule real estate for this NFC North rivalry, and more importantly, the league is calling on one Jordan Love to save Thanksgiving.

Jordan Love holds the keys to finally taking down the Lions once and for all

Everyone is sick of the Lions, can we all agree?

Their loveable loser schtick rapidly shifted through the gears into smug, we're-the-best vibes. And we're not talking about the fans. We mean the players — we're looking at you, Amon-Ra St. Brown. We mean the president, who made embarrassing comments about the Packers before the draft.

Never fear. Toyotathon Jordan Love is ready to solve the biggest NFC North problem.

Detroit has lost both coordinators, Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn, while shockingly refusing to find pass-rush help beyond Aidan Hutchinson. A questionable offseason pushes the door open for the other three teams to dethrone the Lions, so why not Love's Packers?

Love has a track record of stepping up in the big games. Look no further than his one and only Thanksgiving performance, when he stunned the Lions by throwing for 268 yards and three touchdowns in a 29-22 win that was far more one-sided than the box score indicated.

No. 10 began the game by launching a 53-yard strike to Christian Watson, and it set the tone.

We can expect more fireworks this year. The Packers must go through the Lions to reclaim the NFC North crown, and the league has given them two golden opportunities in front of big audiences.

Love is here to save Thanksgiving.
