1. Christian Watson

Unfortunately, the Packers enter the new season without their star wide receiver. Second-year Christian Watson appeared on the injury report this week due to a hamstring injury and was unable to practice. It's a long season, and the Packers smartly ruled him out on Friday.

While it's a divisional game and an important one to win, it's only Week 1. The Packers don't want to risk losing Watson for a significant period of time. He wasn't healthy enough to practice this week, so the team decided not to risk anything and keep him out for the season opener.

Romeo Doubs is questionable, also due to a hamstring injury, which could make life even more challenging for the Packers' new-look offense. If he is unable to play or is limited, Green Bay will need to lean on second-round picks Jayden Reed and Luke Musgrave to play a significant role.

Watson dominated in the second half of last season. Defenses will have all sorts of problems when he is on the field at the same time as Musgrave. But we won't get to see that this week.

Hopefully, Watson's injury isn't serious and he can return for next week's game against the Atlanta Falcons. But before then, the Packers must find a way to win without their best receiver.
