The 2023-24 season is not yet over for the Green Bay Packers, but there's nothing wrong with putting one eye on the offseason. And one of the interesting questions for the 2024 offseason is going to be -- who goes to the New York Jets to join Aaron Rodgers?

It was a mass exodus of familiar Packers faces heading to New York in 2023, and I think there's a decent chance we're going to see a similar tactic by Jets GM Joe Douglas and head coach Robert Saleh in 2024. We know Aaron Rodgers is going to have a lot of pull when it comes to player personnel because the Jets are all in on the window he provides.

Which current (and former) Packers could become New York Jets in 2024? Let's take a look.

1. Davante Adams

Let's start it off with a bang, shall we? There were some rumors at the 2023 NFL trade deadline that the New York Jets made a pass at getting Davante Adams off the Raiders' hands, but Vegas didn't bite. I think when it comes to the 2024 offseason, the Raiders might be more willing to listen.

Adams got a five-year deal with the Raiders in 2022 worth $140 million. If the Jets want to get a trade done before the 2024 NFL Draft, they're likely going to have to help facilitate the deal financially, but the Raiders can actually add over $17 million in salary cap space next year if they trade Adams after June 1.

We know Aaron Rodgers would love to add Adams to the mix along with Garrett Wilson, who has been tremendous in his first two seasons despite poor quarterback play. I think we could see the Jets make another run at Adams in 2024, per Rodgers's request.
