2. Jordan Love, QB (2020)

This may be a bit of a hot take, but the Packers' decision to trade up and select Jordan Love in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft looks better every single day. Even early in the 2023 season, it was easy to question whether or not the Packers had made the right call. The gratification on the Jordan Love pick was so delayed, but so worth it.

Love looked like one of the league's elite QBs by the end of his first year as the full-time starter, and now it looks as though the Packers will ride into another prosperous era at the QB position.

1. Kenny Clark, DL (2016)

Although it might be a matter of time before Jordan Love takes over the #1 spot on this list, Kenny Clark has been one of the best first-round picks the Packers have made in the last decade-plus.

Ever since he was drafted, Clark has been a model of consistency and availability for the Packers. He is fresh off of one of the most productive years of his NFL career with 7.5 sacks (a career-high) and 16 QB hits (also a career-best). Clark's abilities as both a pass rusher and run defender are traits the Packers can truly rely on week after week. This is a player who doesn't get nearly enough love for his level of consistency, and even major media outlets fail to properly recognize him.
