Actions speak louder than words. Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur won't tell us who is guaranteed to make the 53-man roster, but his decisions in the preseason finale made it crystal clear.

LaFleur held out the starters in the final game against the Baltimore Ravens, eliminating the risk of injury while giving players on the roster bubble more time. Most of the names were obvious, including Jordan Love and Josh Jacobs, but there were some notable healthy scratches.

Some players are dealing with injuries, including AJ Dillon and MarShawn Lloyd, and the Packers have also been cautious with Jordan Morgan as he returns from a shoulder issue.

However, the healthy players who didn't play in the preseason finale are as good as guaranteed to make the roster.

Packers preseason inactives shed light on who is guaranteed to make 53-man roster

The Packers rested most of their starters. Here are the players not suiting up who aren't dealing with an injury:

Quarterback: Jordan Love

Running back: Josh Jacobs

Wide receiver: Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed, Dontayvion Wicks

Tight end: Luke Musgrave, Tucker Kraft

Offensive line: Rasheed Walker, Elgton Jenkins, Josh Myers, Jordan Morgan, Zach Tom, Sean Rhyan

Defensive line: Rashan Gary, Kenny Clark, T.J. Slaton, Preston Smith, Devonte Wyatt, Lukas Van Ness, Kingsley Enagbare

Linebacker: Quay Walker, Eric Wilson, Isaiah McDuffie

Cornerback: Jaire Alexander, Eric Stokes, Keisean Nixon, Carrington Valentine

Safety: Xavier McKinney, Javon Bullard, Evan Williams

We can add other roster locks to this list, including Edgerrin Cooper and MarShawn Lloyd, but they are on the injured list and can't be counted as healthy scratches.

Barring something drastic, we can already pencil in all of the above players into the Packers' 53-man roster. Add in some of the injured players, like Cooper and Lloyd, and we reach 33 players. That only leaves 20 spots for the remaining players to compete for, including three for the specialists.

It highlights the importance of this final preseason game. Many players on the roster bubble need a good performance to join the list above.
